How change review works

• 0:02Change review lets you request approval for a modification to a guide or a shipment before it's applied.
• 0:09Check the counter next to Change reviews, in the side menu:
• 0:12it shows how many reviews are pending.
• 0:15Every pending review shows up in this list.
• 0:18Tapping it shows the full detail:
• 0:20what's being proposed, who requested it and when,
• 0:23with the previous and new values side by side.
• 0:27From here you can also approve or reject the review — we'll get to that.
• 0:32For now, let's go back to the list.
• 0:34You can filter reviews by status — pending, approved, rejected, or cancelled
• 0:39— and by type, whether they're guides or shipments.
• 0:43Now let's see how this looks directly inside a guide or a shipment, and how a new review gets created.
• 0:49This shipment doesn't have any pending review yet.
• 0:53Notice the Request change button, available on both guides and shipments.
• 0:58Tapping it, you choose what you want to modify:
• 1:00the client, the packages, or the destination.
• 1:04Let's request a destination change.
• 1:06Showing more fields lets you edit the full address:
• 1:09street, number, floor, and other details.
• 1:12Let's change the street.
• 1:14Once submitted, the change stays pending approval — it isn't applied yet
• 1:18— and it shows up right away as a pending review, right there on the shipment.
• 1:23Inside a guide it looks exactly the same:
• 1:26here's a pending review waiting for someone to approve a client change.
• 1:31Back in the review list, the one we just created is already there,
• 1:35and the menu counter updated.
• 1:38Let's open it again to review the proposed change.
• 1:41And we approve it.
• 1:43It's confirmed, the change applies instantly, the review moves to approved status,
• 1:48and the pending counter goes down.
• 1:50That's the full change review workflow:
• 1:53it's generated from a guide or a shipment, reviewed with a before-and-after detail,
• 1:58filtered and tracked from the list, and the menu counter always shows how many are left to resolve.
