When the system needs the customer to confirm or adjust their order's delivery point,

it automatically sends them a WhatsApp message with a link to this page.

Here they see the order code and the estimated delivery window.

Further down, the current address is shown,

along with a map with the delivery point marked by a pin.

The customer can drag the pin to adjust the exact location,

or tap the button on the top right to use their current location.

They can also add delivery instructions, like a reference for the building.

Any change —moving the pin or writing an instruction— enables the Confirm location button.

Before applying the change, it asks for confirmation.

Once confirmed, the new location is saved instantly.
