Request a change in the number of packages

• 0:04When you pick up or deliver a shipment, the number of packages may not match what's listed:
• 0:09the customer gives you one more box, or one is missing.
• 0:13From the app you can ask for it to be corrected,
• 0:16so the shipment reflects what you're actually carrying.
• 0:19What you send is a request:
• 0:21the operator reviews it, and only once they approve it is the shipment updated.
• 0:26Let's see how. Open the shipment you want to correct.
• 0:30Further down you can see the packages on file:
• 0:33one small and one medium.
• 0:34But when picking it up, the customer hands us one more medium package.
• 0:39Go back to the top and tap "Request change".
• 0:42Choose "Request package change".
• 0:45At the top you see what's on file today, and below,
• 0:49each package size with its quantity.
• 0:51Since we were given one more medium, we raise the number of medium packages to two.
• 0:57If you were given a size that wasn't there, use "Add package";
• 1:01and if one is missing, remove it with the cross.
• 1:04When everything is right, tap "Send for review".
• 1:08The request shows up on the shipment as pending,
• 1:11with the packages from before and the ones you asked for,
• 1:15so the operator can see exactly what changes.
• 1:17If you made a mistake, you can cancel it with the trash icon while it's still pending.
• 1:23When the operator approves it, the shipment gets the new packages.
• 1:27If they reject it, it stays as it was.
• 1:30That way, the operator learns about every change and validates it before it's applied.
