Request a destination address change

• 0:04Sometimes, when you arrive to deliver, you find the shipment's address isn't right:
• 0:09the street number is missing, it's wrong, or the customer has moved.
• 0:13From the app you can ask for it to be corrected, without calling anyone.
• 0:18What you send is a request:
• 0:19the operator reviews it, and only once they approve it is the shipment updated.
• 0:24Let's see how. Open the shipment you want to correct.
• 0:28Further down you can see the destination address on file:
• 0:32Calle 11, number 111. At the door, the customer tells us it's actually 245.
• 0:37Go back to the top and tap "Request change".
• 0:41Choose "Request destination change".
• 0:44At the top you see the current address.
• 0:46There are two ways to enter the new one, depending on what your operator has enabled.
• 0:51Tap "Choose another address".
• 0:54Here you search among the addresses already used for this customer:
• 0:58type part of the address and pick it from the list.
• 1:01If your operator doesn't allow manual entry, this is the only option you'll see.
• 1:06If manual entry is enabled, as it is here,
• 1:09tap "Edit fields manually" and then "More fields" to type the address yourself.
• 1:15Correct the street number.
• 1:17And if it helps, leave a comment for whoever comes by next.
• 1:21Tap "Send for review".
• 1:24The request shows up on the shipment as pending,
• 1:27with what was there before and what you asked for, so the operator can see exactly what changes.
• 1:33If you made a mistake, you can cancel it with the trash icon while it's still pending.
• 1:38When the operator approves it, the shipment gets the new address.
• 1:42If they reject it, it stays as it was.
• 1:45That way, the operator learns about every change and validates it before it's applied.
