In this video you will see how to use your store's service types.
0:06
A service type defines how a delivery is carried out,
0:09
for example last mile or pickup at a branch, and it is what you choose when you create an order.
0:15
To get there, open the menu on the left, go into Settings and choose Service types.
0:21
Here is the list. Each card shows the name, the description and the external identifier.
0:26
The circle on the right shows whether the service is active, in green, or inactive, in red.
0:33
A key detail is the external identifier.
0:36
It is a single code that identifies the service type outside of Deri,
0:41
and that same code is used for two things.
0:44
First, API integration: when creating orders,
0:47
you can send this code instead of Deri's internal ID.
0:51
Second, Excel import: in the service type column you write that same code,
0:57
and Deri recognizes it.
0:58
It is best to keep it short and unique,
1:01
and not to change it if your integrations already use it.
1:06
If you have many, use the search box.
1:08
Type part of the name, for example retiro, and press Enter to filter the list.
1:14
To change a service, tap the three dots on its card and choose Edit.
1:19
You can change the name, the description and the external identifier.
1:23
As soon as you change something, the Save button is enabled.
1:28
A service you no longer want to offer can be deactivated,
1:32
and activated again whenever you need it.
1:35
Here we activate Logística inversa:
1:37
tap the three dots and choose Activate. The circle turns green.
1:42
And that's it. With your service types up to date,
1:45
your team always picks the right option when creating an order.
Did you get it?
