How to assemble a consolidated wave by splitting product by product

• 0:07When the wave belongs to a single store with no branches,
• 0:11assembly lists the orders one under the other, each with its customer, status and progress.
• 0:16At the top is the field to scan with the reader or type a code,
• 0:20although the reader is always listened to, without touching anything.
• 0:25Scanning a product opens its split:
• 0:27six units of shampoo were picked and go to three different orders, three units, two and one.
• 0:33If another product is scanned while the split is open, nothing opens on top:
• 0:38a notice asks to confirm or close the current split first.
• 0:43If there are fewer units on the table than were picked,
• 0:46lower the quantity of the order that goes without.
• 0:49The difference is flagged as missing at assembly:
• 0:52it is recorded on the wave and does not move stock,
• 0:55because those units already left the location during picking.
• 1:00When you confirm, the shampoo is set aside in the three orders at once and the wave refreshes:
• 1:06the notice of what did not reach assembly,
• 1:08the order that went without that unit flagged as short,
• 1:12and on every line the colour tells whether it is set aside, complete or short of units.
• 1:18If the unit turns up later, open the split again from the line and raise the quantity to
• 1:23recover what was missing.
• 1:25Once all the lines of an order are set aside, confirm its assembly as usual.
