How to assemble multi-branch orders by splitting product by product

• 0:07When a store has branches, a consolidated wave mixes orders from all of them.
• 0:12During assembly the supervisor sees them grouped by branch:
• 0:16Sucursal Centro is already assembled, next come the two orders for Sucursal Norte,
• 0:22and orders without a branch, such as online sales, go at the end.
• 0:26At the top there is a field to scan with the reader or type a code.
• 0:32Scanning a product opens its split:
• 0:34where every unit goes. Six units of shampoo were picked in the pass,
• 0:38and three go to the first Sucursal Norte order,
• 0:41two to the second and one to the online sale.
• 0:45If there are fewer units on the table than were picked,
• 0:48lower the quantity of the destination that goes without.
• 0:51The difference is flagged as missing at assembly:
• 0:54it is recorded on the wave and does not move stock,
• 0:57because those units already left the location during picking.
• 1:01When you confirm, the shampoo is set aside in all those orders at once and the wave refreshes:
• 1:07above the section a notice appears with what did not reach assembly,
• 1:11and the order that went without that unit is flagged as short.
• 1:15Every line has its split button to open it again whenever needed.
• 1:19If the unit turns up later, open the split again and raise the quantity to recover what was missing.
• 1:25Once all the lines of an order are set aside, confirm its assembly as usual.
