To set up your company's delivery zones, go to the side menu and tap Zones.
0:07
There you'll see the list of all zones created, with their priority and whether they're active.
0:13
To create a new zone, tap the plus button in the bottom right.
0:17
Fill in the name and, optionally, a description to identify it easily.
0:21
Tap Next to move on to drawing the zone's area on the map.
0:25
Tap the map to mark the points of the polygon that defines the zone's area.
0:29
You can undo the last point or clear everything with the buttons in the bottom right corner.
0:34
When you're done, tap Save.
0:36
The zone is created and available right away.
0:39
Tapping any zone in the list takes you to its detail view,
0:43
where the area you defined is drawn on the map.
0:46
If you ever need to adjust the area, tap the edit-map option at the top.
0:51
Drag any point to change the shape, or add new points by tapping the map.
0:56
Save the changes and the zone is updated with the new shape.
1:00
Now let's go to Shipping coverage, where you configure which zones your company can cover when placing an order.
1:06
Tap the plus button to create a new coverage.
1:09
Give it a name that identifies the coverage.
1:12
Choose one or more zones this coverage applies to — it's the only required field in the form.
1:18
You can set whether the coverage includes those zones or explicitly excludes them,
1:22
and combine it with customers, or with specific shipping and service types.
1:27
Priority determines which rule applies first when several coverages overlap for the same order.
1:33
Save it and the coverage becomes active, ready to apply to new orders.
Did you get it?
