How to manage drivers and invite a new one

• 0:02From the Drivers menu you manage the people who make deliveries:
• 0:06here you see their connection status, their contact details, and the attributes assigned to them.
• 0:12Tapping the three dots on a driver gives you access to their actions:
• 0:16merge them with another, change their username, view their coverage zones,
• 0:21edit their capabilities, deactivate them, or delete them.
• 0:25Capabilities are attributes that describe what kind of deliveries each driver can handle,
• 0:30for example whether they can carry fragile packages or urgent orders.
• 0:34We add the Urgent capability and save.
• 0:37The new attribute appears right away next to the driver in the list.
• 0:41To add a new driver to the team, tap the plus button.
• 0:45Type the email address of the person you want to invite.
• 0:48You can also invite them by phone number, from the other tab.
• 0:52When you send it, a unique link is generated that the person uses to join your company as a driver.
