How the live shipments map works

• 0:03This is the shipments map:
• 0:05it shows you, live on a real map, all of your company's orders and your riders' positions.
• 0:11Open it from "Map" in the side menu.
• 0:14At the top there's a free-text search:
• 0:17type a shipment number, a label, or the client's name,
• 0:20and the map filters itself as you type.
• 0:23Clearing the text brings back every shipment.
• 0:26The filters button opens a full panel.
• 0:29From there you can narrow things down by rider, client, service type, tags,
• 0:34shipment type, and zone.
• 0:36Further down is the date filter, with presets like today, last week,
• 0:41or the current month — or a custom range, picking a start and end date on the calendar.
• 0:46Important: a custom range can't span more than 8 days;
• 0:50pick a longer one and the map will show an error when you apply the filters.
• 0:55Scrolling down in the same panel are the status and branch filters,
• 1:00plus two options unique to the map:
• 1:02"Pins on map", to choose whether to show each shipment's origin, destination, or both;
• 1:08and "Rider visibility", to see only active riders or everyone,
• 1:12including those who haven't updated their location in a while.
• 1:16Checking "Remember filters" applies the same ones automatically next time you open the map.
• 1:22Once applied, the map updates instantly with the filters you chose.
• 1:27Each shipment is marked with a triangle:
• 1:29pointing up is the origin, pointing down the destination, and the color shows its status
• 1:35— blue for created, orange for assigned, purple for on the way, and green for delivered.
• 1:41Tapping a shipment opens its details on the side, with status, client, branch,
• 1:46and delivery date — from there you can also open the full shipment page.
• 1:51Let's close the detail to go back to the full map.
• 1:55When many shipments are close together, they group into a hexagon with a number
• 1:59— tap one to zoom in and split them into individual pins.
• 2:03The refresh button updates the data instantly, though at most once a minute.
• 2:08On top of that, the map also refreshes itself in the background every 5 minutes,
• 2:13pausing whenever you leave this tab and picking back up as soon as you return.
• 2:18The info icon opens a full legend:
• 2:21what each triangle, each cluster, and each rider pin means.
• 2:25That way, you have all your shipments and riders in real time at a glance,
• 2:29with just the filters you need to find what you're looking for.
