0:07
The Shipments menu, in the sidebar, groups together all of the company's shipments.
0:13
Expanded, it shows the submenu's two categories:
0:16
In progress, and History.
0:18
Let's see how the list is organized, its shortcuts,
0:21
and what information each shipment's detail shows.
0:25
History groups together the shipments that are already delivered or canceled.
0:29
Let's go back to In progress, with the complete list.
0:33
Each card shows the shipment code, logistics operator, branch, client,
0:38
origin and destination, package count, delivery window, assigned driver,
0:43
service type, and the current status, with its color — all with the same columns,
0:49
so the list reads cleanly.
0:51
Which columns show, and whether requirement tags like Urgent or Fragile are
0:57
included, can also be configured per company.
1:01
At the top, the toolbar: search, date filter, the Filters button,
1:06
export to Excel, and refresh the list.
1:09
The date filter lets you pick a range across two months at once.
1:12
Let's close without applying.
1:14
The Filters button opens a full panel — driver, store, service type,
1:20
restrictions, shipment type, zones, date range, and also the status filter.
1:26
The status filter lists each individual shipment status — Unassigned, Assigned,
1:31
Prepared, Picked up, On the way, Delivered, Not delivered, and Canceled
1:36
— and can be combined with the rest of the panel's filters.
1:41
Let's close without applying any filter.
1:44
Each row has its own checkbox — ticking one or more shows a bar with the selected count.
1:49
The truck icon opens the driver list, to assign them to the selected shipments in one step
1:55
— with their online status and tags.
1:57
Let's close without assigning, and exit multi-select.
2:01
Tapping a card opens that shipment's full detail.
2:04
At the top left, the shipment number, with a shortcut to scan its packages' labels and
2:09
verify they belong to this shipment.
2:12
Below, the current status, and Edit status to change it.
2:16
The menu shows the possible next statuses, based on the shipment's current status.
2:21
Both the statuses and that flow between them are customizable according to each company's logistics.
2:27
Let's close without changing the status.
2:30
Further down, client, branch, logistics operator, and the delivery date.
2:34
If the company has change review enabled, and there's one pending approval — client,
2:40
package or destination —, it shows here too, with the option to request a new one.
2:46
You can request a client, package, or destination change — it stays pending approval,
2:51
it isn't applied automatically;
2:53
that flow is explained in detail in another video. Let's close it.
2:57
Further down, Attachments.
2:59
Tapping a photo opens it full-size, with who uploaded it and when.
3:04
We close the view and keep going.
3:06
On the right, the Origin address:
3:09
contact name, phone with a call button, and address comments.
3:13
The pin icon opens the exact location in Google Maps, in a new tab.
3:18
The map starts blurred — the eye icon reveals it.
3:21
Below, the same information repeats for the Destination address, and on the right,
3:26
the Status history with who made each change and when.
3:30
Further down, Assigned driver shows the current driver's name and phone.
3:35
The icon next to the name opens the same driver list we saw before,
3:39
to reassign it without going back to the list.
3:42
Let's close without reassigning.
3:45
Further down, sales channel, shipment type, and service type.
3:49
Comments lets you leave notes visible to the team.
3:52
The plus button opens the form.
3:55
The pin fixes the comment at the top of the list,
3:58
and the lock marks whether it's private or can be shared.
4:01
Let's close without saving.
4:04
Further down, Requirements — tags like Urgent or Fragile —, and Packages,
4:09
with each package's identifier, size and driver.
4:12
Let's go back to the list.
4:14
Let's also look at a shipment marked as Delivered
4:17
— some fields only appear once the shipment reaches a final status.
4:21
Below the status, whether the shipment is billable to the client and payable to the driver appear
4:27
— they're only set once the shipment reaches a final status, Delivered or Not delivered.
4:32
The same happens with a shipment marked as Not delivered — the same billing fields appear here,
4:38
and also, next to Edit status, a button to recoordinate the delivery, specific to this status.
4:43
Recoordinate lets you reschedule the pickup and delivery, with a date, times, and a comment.
4:50
Let's close without rescheduling, and go back to the list.
4:53
That's how you review the shipments list, its shortcuts,
4:57
and everything an operator can do from there:
5:00
filter by category or status, select several at once to assign a driver,
5:05
check addresses, attachments, the assigned driver and packages, comment,
5:10
change the status or recoordinate the delivery, or request a change
5:15
— all of it according to the statuses,
5:17
permissions and features each company has configured.
