The Guides menu, in the sidebar, groups together all of the company's orders.
0:07
Let's see how the list is organized, and what information the detail of each guide shows.
0:12
Expanding Guides shows the submenu's two categories:
0:16
In progress, which opens by default, and History.
0:20
History groups together the guides that are already completed or canceled.
0:25
Let's go back to In progress, with the complete list.
0:29
Each card shows the guide code, its current status, and details like client,
0:34
branch, origin, destination and service type — all with the same columns,
0:39
so the list reads cleanly.
0:41
The printer icon shows whether the label was already printed or not.
0:46
The multi-select button lets you tick several guides at once.
0:50
With one or more ticked, the option to print all their labels together, in bulk, appears.
0:56
You can choose which format to print them in — A4, or smaller sheets like A9.
1:01
Let's exit multi-select and open the first guide's detail.
1:05
At the top you see the general data:
1:08
guide code, client, branch, status, comments, logistics operator,
1:12
and the receipt and delivery dates.
1:15
Next to the code there are two quick actions:
1:18
copy the code, or copy the tracking link to share.
1:22
Tapping it copies the code — and a confirmation appears below.
1:26
On the right, Orders lists the shipments linked to this guide.
1:30
The status we saw above, in Details, reflects the overall status calculated from the status of
1:36
each of these shipments.
1:38
The eye icon opens that specific shipment's full detail.
1:42
It shows its own data, addresses, and even whether it has a pending change review
1:47
— something explained in detail in another video.
1:50
Let's close it and go back to the guide.
1:53
Further down, Origin address shows the contact phone, with a button to call,
1:57
and a pin icon to open the location in Google Maps.
2:01
It also shows that location's accuracy, and a map that's revealed by tapping the eye icon.
2:07
Further down there are sections like Attachments and Packages
2:11
— each package can be printed with the printer icon —, but, just like Comments further ahead,
2:16
they only show up if the user has permission to see them.
2:20
Tapping a photo opens it full-size, with who uploaded it and when.
2:25
We close the view and keep going.
2:27
Further down, Comments already has one loaded, with who wrote it and when.
2:32
The plus button opens the form to add a new one.
2:36
The pin fixes the comment at the top of the list,
2:38
and the lock marks whether it's private to the operator or can be shared with the store.
2:43
We close it without saving.
2:46
Let's go back up. The Edit status button opens a menu with the actions available for this guide.
2:52
The options shown depend on the user's permissions and the guide's current status;
2:57
here, for example, you can mark it as prepared or cancel it
3:00
— a different status would enable different options.
3:04
Let's close this menu.
3:06
Besides changing the status, you can request a client, package, or destination change
3:11
— it stays pending approval, it isn't applied automatically;
3:14
that approval flow is explained in detail in another video.
3:19
That's how you review the guide list, its detail,
3:22
and everything an operator can do from there:
3:25
filter by category, select several at once, check orders, addresses and attachments,
3:31
comment, change the status, or request a change.
