Users who sign in with a username and password

• 0:10Some sign in with their email and others with a username and password.
• 0:14For someone to be able to sign in with a username and password,
• 0:18the account code is defined first.
• 0:20The account code is its short name.
• 0:23It is what identifies it on the sign-in screen.
• 0:26The code is suggested automatically, based on the account name.
• 0:30You can keep the suggested one, ask for another, or type a different one.
• 0:35Once saved, it is shown at the top of the screen, along with the sign-in link.
• 0:39That link opens the sign-in screen with the account already loaded,
• 0:44so it is best to send it to the team.
• 0:46To add a person, you choose how they will sign in.
• 0:49With an email invitation, they receive a link and sign in with a one-time code.
• 0:54With username and password, the username is created on the spot and the password is handed over in person.
• 1:01The first and last name are the ones that later appear on the work screens.
• 1:06The username is usually the name of the workstation, because over time someone else will use it.
• 1:11The initial password is set by the administrator and given to the person.
