How to change the logistics operator of your orders

• 0:06From your store you can change the logistics operator of an order while it can still be cancelled:
• 0:12from a Deri operator to an external carrier, or the other way around.
• 0:16You can do it from the order detail, or in bulk from the list.
• 0:20In the order detail, next to the logistics operator, there's a button to change it.
• 0:25It only shows up while the order can still be cancelled.
• 0:29When you tap it, Deri shows the operators your store works with that can handle this shipment,
• 0:34with their shipment type, service and price.
• 0:37Pick the operator and the shipment type.
• 0:39If that type works with delivery windows, the available ones appear,
• 0:43just like when you create an order.
• 0:46Pick the delivery window and confirm.
• 0:51Done. The order moves to the new operator.
• 0:53If that operator is an external carrier, Deri registers the shipment there,
• 0:58and only then cancels it at the previous operator.
• 1:01If anything fails, the order stays exactly as it was,
• 1:05and everything is recorded in the order history.
• 1:08To change several orders at once, go back to the list,
• 1:12turn on selection and check the orders you want to move.
• 1:16Change operator shows up in the bar at the bottom.
• 1:19This time we pick a carrier that doesn't use delivery windows:
• 1:23the operator sets the date.
• 1:25When you confirm, the orders are processed one by one.
• 1:28Each one is independent: if one fails, the others keep going,
• 1:32and you can stop the batch at any time.
• 1:35At the end you see the result for each order.
• 1:38If one was moved but couldn't be cancelled at the previous operator,
• 1:42it's marked in orange so you can cancel it manually.
• 1:46In the WMS, the fulfillment has this same option,
• 1:49in the list and in the detail of its orders.
