Setting a store's rate

Here's every store the warehouse works for, with its current price per order.
0:13
If a store has no price, its orders are still recorded, just without an amount.
0:18
You pick the warehouse — or all of them — the price, the currency,
0:22
and the date it takes effect.
0:24
That date is what matters:
0:26
it's not when you enter it, it's when it starts to apply.
0:30
When you set a new price, the previous one isn't overwritten:
0:35
it's closed. Here you can see the store paid 780 up to June first,
0:41
and 850 from then on.
0:42
May's orders stay billed at 780, forever.
0:46
The currency is set on the rate, not somewhere else.
0:49
And a settlement is in a single currency:
0:52
adding pesos to dollars means nothing.
0:54
If you try to change a store's currency mid-month,
0:58
the system stops you and tells you what to do
1:00
— close the month in the current currency and start the next one with the new one.
Did you get it?
When you set a new price for a store, what happens to the previous one?
Its validity closes and it stays in the history; charges already accrued keep their price
It gets overwritten, and every charge of the month is recalculated with the new price
You have to delete it by hand before loading the new one
