Setting a store's rate

• 0:09Here's every store the warehouse works for, with its current price per order.
• 0:13If a store has no price, its orders are still recorded, just without an amount.
• 0:18You pick the warehouse — or all of them — the price, the currency,
• 0:22and the date it takes effect.
• 0:24That date is what matters:
• 0:26it's not when you enter it, it's when it starts to apply.
• 0:30When you set a new price, the previous one isn't overwritten:
• 0:35it's closed. Here you can see the store paid 780 up to June first,
• 0:41and 850 from then on.
• 0:42May's orders stay billed at 780, forever.
• 0:46The currency is set on the rate, not somewhere else.
• 0:49And a settlement is in a single currency:
• 0:52adding pesos to dollars means nothing.
• 0:54If you try to change a store's currency mid-month,
• 0:58the system stops you and tells you what to do
• 1:00— close the month in the current currency and start the next one with the new one.
