Collect payment when delivering a shipment

• 0:04Some shipments are paid on delivery.
• 0:06Let's see how the app helps you work out the change and not forget to collect.
• 0:11Open the shipment you're about to deliver.
• 0:14In the detail, "Cash on delivery" shows how much you need to collect:
• 0:18one thousand two hundred fifty pesos.
• 0:20On the right there's a calculator.
• 0:23Tap it and enter how much the customer gave you.
• 0:26If they pay with two thousand, the app tells you to give back seven hundred fifty in change.
• 0:32And if what they gave you isn't enough, it tells you how much is missing.
• 0:37Now mark the delivery: close the calculator and tap "Edit status".
• 0:41Your operator may have more than one delivery status,
• 0:45for example one for each payment method:
• 0:47delivered, delivered and paid by transfer, or delivered and paid in cash.
• 0:52Choose the right one, in this case paid in cash, and confirm.
• 0:57Because the shipment has an amount to collect, the app reminds you before closing the delivery.

• 1:06If you haven't collected yet, tap "Cancel":
• 1:09the shipment stays as it was.
• 1:11Once you've collected, confirm again and tap "Continue".
