Store: how to verify the driver is who they say they are

• 0:04To know whether the driver arriving at your store is real,
• 0:08open Deri's verification website from your phone or computer.
• 0:11Ask the driver to show you their credential and point the camera at the code.
• 0:16Deri validates the code and shows you who they are:
• 0:19their photo, ID document, first and last name, how long they've had an account,
• 0:24and which companies they work for today.
• 0:27If the driver changed their photo, ID document or name in the last three days,
• 0:32you'll see a warning at the very top, and below, the history of those changes.
• 0:37Tap the photo to see it full size.
• 0:43To verify another driver, tap "Scan another".
• 0:46If someone modified the code, Deri detects it and tells you the QR has been tampered with.
• 0:52And if they show you an old code, for example a screenshot,
• 0:56it tells you it has expired and since when.
• 0:59Pay attention to the color.
• 1:01In red, the code doesn't belong to a valid driver:
• 1:04don't hand over the order.
• 1:06In orange, it's easy to fix:
• 1:08ask them to open their credential again and scan once more.
• 1:13That way, in seconds, you know whether the driver in front of you is who they say they are.
