This is the New order screen for your store:
0:08
a wizard that takes you from the origin address all the way to confirming the order.
0:13
The first step is the origin:
0:15
state, neighborhood, street and number, plus the sender's details.
0:19
As you type the street, an address suggestion shows up
0:23
— picking it automatically sets the exact location used to calculate distance and optimize the route.
0:30
The destination is filled out the same way, with the recipient's details.
0:43
In "Service" you choose the service type and review the packages,
0:47
each with its size and quantity — the "Add package" button adds more rows if the shipment has several parcels.
0:55
"Shipment type" automatically suggests a rate based on the origin, destination,
0:59
and packages entered, and further down lets you pick the available delivery time slot.
1:05
Since your store has a fulfillment warehouse linked to it, the wizard adds one more step:
1:11
"Products". There you add units from your catalog to go out of the warehouse with the
1:16
shipment — search by SKU or name and add the quantity.
1:20
It's a stock withdrawal, not a restock.
1:23
The final summary shows everything you entered:
1:26
origin and destination, packages, products, service, shipment type,
1:30
and the calculated rate — the last chance to review before confirming.
1:35
Tapping "Create order" generates the guide and takes you straight to its detail screen,
1:40
ready to print the label.
1:42
And that's a complete order created, with everything you need to track it and deliver it.
Did you get it?
What makes this order different from the simple order?
It has an associated warehouse
It doesn't let you choose the service type
It's only for international shipments
