How to connect Mercado Libre

• 0:20In the E-commerce Platforms section, press the plus button,
• 0:23and choose Mercado Libre from the list of available integrations.
• 0:28Deri asks you to confirm the connection.
• 0:30When you press Connect, the Mercado Libre authorization page opens in a new tab.
• 0:36Mercado Libre shows you what Deri will be able to do with your account:
• 0:40manage your sales and shipments, and sync your listings.
• 0:43You may see a notice saying the app is not certified by Mercado Libre.
• 0:47That's normal, and it doesn't affect the connection at all:
• 0:51this is Deri's official app, and you reached this screen from a link generated by your own account.
• 0:57Review the permissions and press Authorize.
• 1:00Mercado Libre confirms the authorization and sends you back to Deri automatically.
• 1:05Back in Deri, close the dialog and refresh the list:
• 1:08your Mercado Libre account now appears connected, active, and with its store identifier.
• 1:15In the connection's menu, go into Edit.
• 1:17Here there's an option specific to Mercado Libre: order handling.
• 1:22For this example, choose Automatic.
• 1:24With the Manual option, when Mercado Libre notifies a sale,
• 1:28the order comes into Deri with no operator assigned:
• 1:31it waits for you to assign the operator you want to handle that shipment.
• 1:36With Automatic, the operator is assigned on its own, using Deri's usual logic, based on zone coverage.
• 1:43Press Save. The connection is updated, and the list shows the order handling you chose.
• 1:49That's it. From now on, your Mercado Libre sales come into Deri on their own, ready to ship,
• 1:54and you can change the order handling whenever you want from this same screen.
