How warehouse billing works

0:09
Billing is where the warehouse charges each store for preparing its orders.
0:13
You set a price per order, once, and from then on the system counts on its own.
0:19
Every time an order leaves the warehouse prepared, a charge is created.
0:23
It keeps the date it was prepared on and the price in force that day.
0:28
If you change the rate tomorrow, that charge doesn't move.
0:32
The store sees the same thing from its side, read-only.
0:36
It can't change prices or close anything,
0:38
but it always knows how much the month has run up so far.
0:43
There are four moments: you set the price once, the month runs on its own,
0:48
you review it near the end, and you close it.
0:51
Once you close it, it's frozen.
Did you get it?
Is the settlement the warehouse puts together a tax invoice?
