How to add people to the warehouse

• 0:06Here are the people working in the warehouse, each with their role.
• 0:10The role is what defines what they can do:
• 0:13a picker prepares orders, someone in receiving records what comes in,
• 0:17a supervisor sees the whole operation.
• 0:19One person can have more than one.
• 0:22To add someone you invite them by email, with the button at the bottom right.
• 0:26You type their email address and choose which role they come in with.
• 0:30Picker is preselected, because it's the most common case, but you can change it here or later.
• 0:36On sending, Deri builds an invitation link and mails it to that address.
• 0:40The link also stays visible up here, in case you need to pass it along some other way.
• 0:46The person stays on the list as pending until they come in through that link and complete their
• 0:51details — exactly what we saw in the lesson on signing in for the first time.
• 0:56Only then can they start receiving waves.
