0:07
Opening a wave shows everything it's made of:
0:09
the orders it groups, the products piling up as they get picked,
0:13
and at the bottom the tasks the work was split into.
0:16
Each task shows its status, how many lines are done out of the total,
0:21
and who it's assigned to.
0:23
That way you see at a glance which one is stuck and which is already finished,
0:28
without asking anyone.
0:30
From each task's menu you can assign or reassign it to another picker:
0:34
the dialog lists who's eligible to take it.
0:37
Reassigning is what you use when someone's shift ends with the task half done.
Did you get it?
What is reassigning a task in a wave for?
To hand it to another picker — for example if whoever had it ends their shift
To start the picking over from scratch
To change the warehouse where it's prepared
